Hi Ellie. I can relate to this so much. I stopped drinking last July and it’s been the best and most exciting thing I’ve done. I can’t believe how much I’ve learnt and how much I have changed. I’m in Janey’s sober club and that’s awesome. I wish you luck with your sober coaching and I’m looking forward to reading more about it.

I too am keen to share my story with the hope of helping others with bipolar to understand the benefits of sobriety.

In going to wait until my first sober anniversary in July to get working on this project.
